Tanguy Deglise is a graduate of IMD (MBA 2015), certified "MBTI" (2008), certified "Effective Coaching" by Lore International (2006 - 2008 - 2012), "Green Belt Six Sigma" since 2006, graduate of a Master in Human Resources & Organizational Efficiency (Paris 1994) and has 25 years of experience in Global and International companies.
He was Site HR, France HRD, Europe HRD, Leadership and People Development HRD, Global HRD and worked for 10 years as SVP Global HR and member of the Executive Committee of a € 3 billion company with 10,000 employees.

A specialist in Potential and Leadership development as well as in Transformation management, Tanguy Deglise led 3 integrations at Global level (Merck-Rhône Poulenc Animal Health, Sanofi Animal Health and Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health), three acquisitions (India, China, USA), three Business Unit divestments at global level, implemented HR ERP at local and global level (Workday, Oracle) and developed several Leadership Development Platforms at local and global level.
