Potential can be defined as the ability of an individual to mobilize all their personal resources, at the right time and in an appropriate manner, to face an issue / challenge.

The development of individual Potential occurs by combining three elements:


An environment called "VUCA" 

(Volatile, Uncertain, Complexes, Ambiguous)


The level of "Coachability" of the individual

The level of “coachability” can be measured by the mix between :

1) an individual's ability to hear messages (listening, accepting, and integrating feedback)

2) an individual's ability to modify their behavior following messages / Feedback received.


The individual's "Drive" capacity

The "Drive" expresses the ability of an individual to: guide the movement, generate action, continue to move forward or balance the energy and determination to carry out an action
