Strengthen team cohesion

Strengthen team cohesion

Our ambition is to work with the Team in collaborative mode to understand what makes “a Team” and to support the Team to develop to “a High Performing Team.”

Our conviction is twofold:

  • The better the Manager and his employees know each other, the easier it is for them to understand each other, both individually and collectively, and thus the more they can reduce the counterproductive tensions that exist in “working together.”

  • The more the Team is aware of its strengths and areas of development, with regard to the "Best Practices", the easier it is to identify the Key Success Indicators to be used to develop, both individually and collectively, into to “a High Performing Team.”

  • Individual and collective efficiency
  • Development of interpersonal skills
  • Awareness of the "Team" dimension and highlighting the elements that enrich the group and benefit from it, but also those that hinder progress in order to jettison them.

 • Two-day Team Meeting which can also be worked in four halfdays mode.

• Raise awareness of "Personality Types", their motivations, associated "Work Preferences" and the importance of managing diversity in high performance.

The discovery of types of personalities and "work preferences" are supported by MBTI methodology in a “fun” and interactive way (in workshop).

• Discover a new way of working in collaborative mode, using Agile methods, developed by Make it Simple®, which are based on the power of collaboration, collective intelligence and emotional intelligence.

• Ensure that beyond the “productions” of the Team (“what is a Team” / “what is a High Performing Team”), the members of the Team measure the gap that could exist between their production / vision and what is defined by the literature as “Best Practices”.

• Make the team work on "how to appropriate" and implement indicators defined as "Best Practices":

o Psychological Safety

  • Trust (Trust equation: credibility + reliability + intimacy / self-orientation)
  • Individual and collective responsibility

o Diversity and Collaboration

  • Diversity (personality type - generations - gender - functions)
  • Agility Management

o Team Purpose, Mission and Values
